Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Knead. By using Knead, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Knead provides order management, invoicing, capacity planning, and business tools for bakers, caterers, and food business operators. We help you manage orders, track capacity, cost recipes, send invoices, and run your business more smoothly.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• One account per business.

• Use Knead for lawful business purposes only.
• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or violate others' rights.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Knead complies with your local food business laws and regulations.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup.
• 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
• Payment processing fees for customer invoices are passed through at cost (Stripe's standard rates).
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may receive a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase.

You own your data. Orders, clients, recipes, products, and invoices you enter into Knead belong to you.

You grant Knead a license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

On account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

Knead and its design, code, and content are owned by Knead. You retain full ownership of your content, including product listings, recipes, and client data.

Knead is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knead's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your access to Knead ends and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy retention terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
